★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren netjes en zeer behulpzaam. Snel bij het vervroegen van reservering en boden zelfs een andere ophaal locatie aan die veel dichterbij was.
 Were neat and very helpful. Quick in bringing the reservation forward and even offered another pick up location much closer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY!
The reason:
if you cannot guarantee that your flight will not be delayed, or you will have a situation that could possibly delay your pick up by a couple of hours, they will rent the car you have booked (nonrefundable) to someone else, and then tell you you have to either wait for half a day until someone may or may not return the type of car you have rented, or pay EXTRA for a more expensive car!
In this way, you are mostly likely forced to pay extra for a more expensive car, and this company does not only make profits from the car you have already paid for, but also from the more expensive car you are forced to pay for. Smart business? I don't think so! because we are never ever going to use this car rental company again!
