r	realdanda da on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mij moeder heeft al een hele tijd huishoudelijke hulp van groot geldre vroeger ging via alfha hulp en ga enzo nooit problemen gehad, maar ze je sturen van groot geldre is gewoon te gek als ze niet asociaal gedrag hebben zijn ze wel brutaal er wordt van medewerkers die de hulpen sturen over je gepraat, wij hebben aantal incidenten gehad waarbij ik het niet pikte hoe de hulp zich bij ons gedroeg waarbij er 2x heftige woordenwisselingenzijn geweest. Maar omdat het vaker gebeurde dat de hulp hier weg gestuurd werd of zelf ging lag de fout automatisch bij mij!! Ik ben heel duidelijk geweest dat ze maar eens beter moeten kijken wie ze aan nemen. Ouderen mensen pikken veel en durfen vaak niets te zeggen, bij ons ligt dat dus anders ik ben altijd bij mij moeder voor mantelzorg en pik dat gedrag absoluut niet. Als je ze dan op hun gedrag aanspreekt dan zijn ze beledigt en etniet van gediend, nou mis ik iets schijnbaar of hebben alleen pech gehad maar ik vind dat ze ook het roddelen onderling met de hulpen erg onprofessioneel is en erg kinderachtig, en zegt genoeg over hun werk wijze. Hoop dat het niet bij ouderen gebeurt die niks durfen te zegge want het ligt altyd aan de andere. I have a home care worker... Vicky! R	Renee Ahlers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huishoudelijke dienst heb ik goed getroffen. Maar elke vakantie van m'n hulp geen vervanging. Hebben ze niet. Krijg zelfs geen korting bij het CAK. Thuiszorg (Wond) zelfs na meerdere klachten kan het veel beter. Nu begin Corona tijd. Zoveel verschillende gezichten heb ik nog nooit gezien. Lopen het virus wel naar binnen. Terwijl de minister zei als de IC's vol liggen is er geen plek voor mij. Als hulp behoevende! Eigenlijk om te janken. Wat zeur ik eenmaal in m'n rolstoel. I have been a good housekeeper. But every holiday of my help is no substitute. Do not have them. Don't even get a discount at the CAK. Home care (Wound) even after several complaints it can be much better. Now Corona time starts. D	Dianne - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drama. Alles wat nergens anders aangenomen wordt, werkt hier. Je hoeft niet eens meer te kunnen poetsen. Ik wacht al maanden op nieuwe, geschikte hulp! Nu is corona de smoes maar maanden ervoor zat ik ook al te wachten op een nieuwe hulp. Toen zeiden ze dat ze geen nieuwe mensen konden vinden, nu kunnen ze geen sollicitaties voeren. De goede mensen hebben ze weggejaagd met de slechte werkomstandigheden. Niet dat andere organisaties beter zijn maar zo erg heb ik het nog niet meegemaakt Drama. Everything that is not accepted anywhere else works here. You don't even have to be able to brush anymore. I have been waiting for new, suitable help for months! Now corona is the excuse but months before I was also waiting for a new help. Then they said they couldn't find new people, now they can't apply. De dames die hier werken hebben geen van allen verstand van schoonmaken maar bij gebrek aan een beter werk qua opleidings niveau zitten ze hier.mijn schouw en gasfornuis van rvs hebben ze naar de klote geholpen en niemand die dit verder afgandelt oC er een expert naar laat komen. Schoonmaak dame beweert dat ze het met een doekje heeft schoongemaakt waar mogelijk zand korreltjes in hebben gezeten. Erg fantasierijk vind u niet. Terwijl de strepen duidelijk van een schuurspons je afkomstig zijn. 3 maanden lang hebben ze mij van het jasje baar de muur gestuurd maar van mij af zijn ze nog niet . Mensen ik adviseer om verder te kijken bij andere thuishulp organisaties deze mensen weten niet hoe ze moeten schoonmaken. Zijn continu met hun mobieltjes in de weer en doen ze iets verkeerds kijken ze op internet hoe het wel had gemoeten. Ze accepteren geen aansprakelijkheid en zijn zeker niet eerlijk. Kijk uit.
