★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2016 hebben we een olifantje aan het mandje van m'n overleden kleinzoon gedaan. Tot nu (oktber 2019) heeft het op het graf gehangen in weer en wind. Nu pas is er een stukje stof helemaal vergaan. Topkwaliteit dus.
 In 2016 we put an elephant on the basket of my deceased grandson. Until now (Oct. 2019) it has hung on the grave in all weathers. Only now has a piece of fabric completely perished. So top quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze kleindochters ontvingen 2 knuffels van TIAMO.
Een knuffel had al een kapotte naad bij aankoop waardoor de vulling er uit kwam. De andere knuffel was na de wasbeurt helemaal open aan de achterkant met hetzelfde gevolg.
Zeer gevaarlijk voor kleine kinderen.
De klacht werd door Tiamo erkend maar de oplossing was:
Knuffel 1 was niet meer te verkrijgen
Knuffel 2 was pas weer na 2 maanden waarschijnlijk leverbaar.
Our granddaughters received 2 hugs from TIAMO.
A hug already had a broken seam with purchase, so the filling came out. The other hug was completely open at the back after washing with the same result.
Very dangerous for small children.
The complaint was acknowledged by Tiamo but the solution was:
Hug 1 was no longer available
Cuddle 2 was probably only available again after 2 months.
