Jullie Facebook posts zijn net zo snel (actueel) als jullie reacties op mijn emails. 1e email contact 24 april, 2e op 4 maart. Helaas alleen de standaard reactie : Het is druk!. Snap ik wel hoor zo'n internationaal (Nasdaq) beurs genoteerd (zolder)bedrijf, verschillende tijdzones enz..... Ik heb net gebeld met nummer (085), alleen maar zelfde antwoord : "Meneer het is ontzettend druk, ik weet niks en u moet naar [email protected] emailen". Zo te zien ben ik niet de enige. Ik snap wel dat jullie het niet gaan halen. Wederom een bedrijf die wel snel is met geld incasseren maar waarbij service een bordje op de bezemkast is.
Your Facebook posts are just as fast (current) as your responses to my emails. 1st email contact April 24, 2nd on March 4. Unfortunately only the standard response: It's busy !. I understand such an international (Nasdaq) stock exchange listed (attic) company, different time zones etc ..... I just called number (085), only the same answer: "Mister it is very busy, I know nothing and you need to email [email protected] ". Looks like I'm not alone. I understand that you are not going to make it. Again a company that is quick to collect money but where service is a sign on the broom cupboard.

Heeel Slechte service hier !!! had voor een evenement tickets gehaald via de site van Tibbaa op 1 maart. 14 maart was de evenement. Evenement is later afgeschaft wegens het virus. Binnen 2 weken zouden de tickets terug geboekt worden. Maar nee hoor helemaal niks ontvangen!!! Zelfs geen mailtje !!! Ik heb zelfs gebeld om te vragen wanneer de tickets teruggeboekt zouden worden. Kreeg ik een waarschijnlijk nieuwe stagaire aan de lijn die me op een heel arrogante manier zegt dat ze er niks aan kan doen en ik een mailtje moet sturen. Terwijl ik dit al eerder had gedaan. Nu een MAAND verder !!!!!! Nog steeds niks teruggeboekt of enige informatie.. Slechtsteee maar echt de slechtsteeeee serviceee!!!!
Very bad service here !!! had obtained tickets for an event from the Tibbaa site on March 1. March 14 was the event. Event was later abolished due to the virus. The tickets would be booked back within 2 weeks. But no, nothing received at all !!! Not even an email !!! I even called to ask when the tickets would be refunded. I probably got a new intern on the phone who tells me in a very arrogant way that she can't help it and I have to send an email. While I had done this before. Now a MONTH further !!!!!! Still nothing returned or any information .. Worst steee but really the worst steeeee service !!!!

dit is echt de meest genante ticket organisatie die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. hoe kan bij een festival als thuishaven (redelijk lage hoeveelheid mensen die hier een ticket willen kopen) je hele site eruit knallen... DRA-MA-TISCH
this is truly the most embarrassing ticket organization I have ever experienced. how can a festival as a home base (reasonably low amount of people who want to buy a ticket here) make your entire site pop...

Bizar. 1,5 jaar de tijd gehad om je service (en servers!) scalable te maken, pieken te kunnen opvangen maar nee. Bij de eerste de beste kaartverkoop ligt de boel er al meer dan een uur uit. En de organisaties zijn er de dupe van. Daarbij slecht dat hun ticketshop in hun directory is geplaatst als hun domein en niet op een subdomein wat verwijszt naar een ander IP (server). Nu ligt hun website er dus ook uit. Slecht geregeld allemaal.
Bizarre. Had 1.5 years to make your service (and servers!) scalable, to be able to absorb peaks, but no. At the first ticket sale, things have been gone for more than an hour. And the organizations are the victims. Also bad that their ticketshop is placed in their directory as their domain and not on a subdomain which points to another IP (server). Their website is now down. All badly arranged.

They do not reply to emails. while they promised to refund me on a canceled event, have not done so and they ignore all communication. months have gone bye.. terrible experience

Bad experience with this ticket reseller. Never received the tickets or maybe got intercepted by a spam checker. Didn't have the opportunity to get my money back from the company as they though I was lying

The worse ticket selling agency. Be aware of buying from Tibbaa. I bought a ticket for an event happening on November 13th, with the option 'Service Plus,' which explicitly states that it can be cancelled (this service is exactly meant for people who want to be safe, who want to buy a ticket and have the option to cancel, if needed). Because I have corona and obviously can't attend the event, I tried to cancel my ticket by contacting Tibbaa's customer care several times, spending hours and hours on this little matter. I tried to apply my rights as a buyer, rights that are also explained on their website but are not considered, apparently. The response I got from Tibbaa's customer service was always a 'niet mogelijk - not possible' because Corona is considered a natural disaster and they won't cancel in case of natural disasters... Anyway, I tried in any possible way to get a refund, which, of course, didn't work. Since they have zero tolerance for their customers, my suggestion to you: 1. Don't buy through this reseller 2. If you really can't do differently, don't spend money on extra options like their 'service plus ticket' which is the biggest lie 3. Don't bother contacting their customer service because they won't help, and you won't be helped My 1-star review is even too high for such a miserable service...
