★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to stand in line for 30-40mins in thr cold rain before even allowed to enter the building. Missed 20mins from our movie because of it. Poorly planned by management.

Comfy chairs and good height difference between rows in cinema 8.
Minus one star because the second snack counter was closed, which would have reduced ques on a busy day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One because I can't give less, they had us waiting outside for half an hour although I arrived 15 min early, because their lack of staff, when we made it to the movie, we already missed 20 minutes. Not even an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn’t come to the cinema because we had to go in isolation due to a close contact with a COVID infected person. We asked the cinema kindly to refund the tickets one day prior to our reservation, but the cinema replied that we had to come to the cinema in order to get a refund! So they rather have us potentially spread the virus in their cinema then making a simple refund. Unbelievable!
