β β β β β Worst ticket company of the world. Are not responding to emails when I was addressing that my tickets had been stolen and I wanted to get replacement ticket numbers. Only cashing in but providing customer service? Zero.

β β β β β The worst ticket company... changed the date of my concert, send an information to spam. Expensive phone support, reeeeeally bad mail support. They totally ignored my mail request and just refunded my tickets (which I did not ask them to in any words!). Now I do not have the tickets for the new date, just lost 20β¬ because of course they are not able to refund services fees. Never again

β β β β β Terrible company with worthless customer service. I ordered two tickets on the14th of March for an event that is taking place on the 17th of April. The tickets have still not arrived, even though it says clearly on their website that:
''Tickets by post will be send as soon as possible and within 2 weeks after your payment. If you havenβt received the tickets within 2 weeks (within 3 weeks for abroad), please contact us. Please note the correct address and the payment details (DRWP number) in your message.''
I am not abroad, so the tickets should have been here already if they had actually sent them within 2 weeks after my payment.
There is no way to contact TicketmasterNL outside of filling in a contact form. They promise to respond to this within five work days and quicker if the event is within a short time. I am of the opinion that nine days before the concert (on a Friday, so the next work day is Monday, which is six days before the concert) is very late and very unprofessional. How am I supposed to have faith in TicketmasterNL and their capability of getting those tickets here within four days when they have not even been able to get them here within twenty-five days?
There is no way to contact TicketmasterNL through a live Support Support nor is it possible to contact them by a phone call. They have also not given out any information on why the tickets are still not here.
All in all, I have nothing positive to say about this company. They leave you completely in the dark and have no proper customer service to make up for anything. Therefore, I think it is only appropriate to give them one star and give people a heads up when they are thinking about ordering something from this company. I have naught but disappointment to express about TicketmasterNL.

β β β β β Very bad customer service. We got cards for the league of legends spring split finals and we bought them over a month ago already. Sure thing they already withdrew the money but the cards didn't arrive yet. We're located in holland and it's said the cards will arrive within a week. We sent multiple emails asking what is up with our cards but they were all left unanswered. One thing is clear: that was my first and last purchase from this website.

β β β β β Booked a bus to Gelredome via ticketmaster which was cancelled one day later as soon as the money was taken out of my bank account. Paid 112 euro and got 90 something back. Think Im going to quit my job and start the same scam. Easy money!!

β β β β β Extremely UNHAPPY with their service. I was trying to buy a ticket for a show in ZiggoDome and there was no option to select a seat? Even though they originally claimed tickets were available in different prices range, it was only possible to buy the cheapest or the most expensive option. So I had to go for a blind purchase and hope I will get decent seats, because ticketmaster.nl was UNFORTUNATELY the only option.

β β β β β Tried to get concert tickets, wanted the front of stage tickets. I was told they were sold out. After buying normal ones I saw the front of stage tickets were available after all. I tried to change them however Ticketmaster waited over a week to respond. And what a coincedence that they responded just about an hour after the tickets that I wanted were sold out. And then I got a simple 'this is not possible because unfortunatly the tickets you want are sold out'. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

β β β β β Very poor service and complicated page which breaks down constantly. After asking questions about tickets no reply. I don't understand why buying ticket for concerts needs to be so frustrating. Definetly don't recommend but unfortunately for some events they are official distributor
