P	Patricia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De wachtrij werkte goed. Het bestellen ging redelijk makkelijk en ook het zelf plaatsen kiezen ging goed. Afrekenen is verwarrend dat er 2 verschillende QR codes zijn (1 voordat je de bank kiest en 1 erna) en dat niet helemaal duidelijk is hoe of wat. Beide werken echter al werkt het met Rabo iets beter als je eerst de bank kiest en dan pas de QR scant Extra sterren als het mogelijk wordt meerdere dagen in één bestelling te doen zodat je maar 1x in de wachtrij staat en maar 1x orderkosten hoeft te betalen. Vooral dat laatste. The queue worked well. Ordering was fairly easy and choosing to place it yourself went well. Checkout is confusing that there are 2 different QR codes (1 before you choose the bank and 1 after) and it is not entirely clear how or what. However, both work, although it works a little better with Rabo if you first choose the bank and then scan the QR Extra stars if it becomes possible to place several days in one order so that you are only in the queue once and only have to pay order costs once. Especially that last one.

Hetzelfde gebeurt bij "pricacy". You must install the Ticketmatic app to get the QR codes. you have to accept the terms of use, but if you click on them you will get a "page not found" error. The same thing happens with "pricacy".

I really enjoy ordering my tickets here. No fuss and just go through a menu quickly. Everything well marked. I only order my tickets through this site!
M	Manon B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer dat er in deze corona tijd een probleem zo snel wordt afgewezen. 1 december 2019 tickets gekocht, helaas ging het evenement in 2020 niet door en werd deze meerdere keren verschoven door de corona maatregelen. Helaas eind december 2021 corona gekregen met ernstige gevolgen. Dit jaar dus gaan is geen optie ivm mijn lichamelijke problemen en lage weerstand. Het probleem uitgelegd en gevraagd of ik de tickets kan annuleren maar dat doen ze dus niet want dan had ik maar een verzekering moeten afsluiten bij de aankoop. Slechte service want als de corona er niet was geweest had ik gewoon kunnen gaan in 2020 dus een beetje begrip had fijn geweest. Too bad that a problem is rejected so quickly in this corona time. Bought tickets on December 1, 2019, unfortunately the event was canceled in 2020 and was postponed several times due to the corona measures. Unfortunately received corona at the end of December 2021 with serious consequences. So going this year is not an option because of my physical problems and low resistance. Explained the problem and asked if I can cancel the tickets but they don't because then I should have taken out insurance with the purchase. Bad service because if the corona hadn't been there I could have just gone in 2020 so a little understanding would have been nice.
