 Friendly manager, 1 fake staff member who makes mean suspicions and thus plays off customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel fijne plek. Prima kroeg. Vriendelijk personeel en altijd een goede sfeer. Ik ben gek op Guinness en kom altijd in échte pubs. Tigh Barra is fantastisch, maar het is een kroeg, geen pub. Daarvoor mis ik het sfeertje. Lastig om te veranderen. Mis ik overigens in veel Nederlandse kroegen die toevallig Iers bier serveren. Het kan wél buiten Ierland. Dus dat zou ik als tip meegeven. Doe iets om er écht een pub sfeer te laten hangen. Ook zou het leuk zijn als er meer opties zouden zijn qua borrelhapjes.
Very nice place. Great pub. Friendly staff and always a good atmosphere. I love Guinness and always go to real pubs. Tigh Barra is fantastic, but it's a pub, not a pub. I miss the atmosphere for that. Difficult to change. Incidentally, I miss in many Dutch pubs that happen to serve Irish beer. It is possible outside of Ireland. So I would give that as a tip. Do something to really create a pub atmosphere. Also it would be nice if there were more options in terms of snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zéér vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren. We waren wezen eten in Joure en onderweg naar huis kon ik mijn auto niet meer vinden. Wis dat ik ergens door steeg ben gelopen, maar kon hem echt niet vinden. Toen is één klant en de eigenaar gaan zoeken op de fiets en had eigenares ook iemand gevraagd om te kijken. Uiteindelijk gevonden. Wij hadden hem nooit gevonden omdat we steeg niet meer wist te vinden We ze heel dankbaar.
Very friendly and hospitable owners. We had been eating in Joure and on the way home I couldn't find my car. Knew I walked down an alley somewhere, but really couldn't find it. Then one customer and the owner went looking for the bicycle and the owner also asked someone to look. Finally found. We never found it because we couldn't find it anymore. We are very grateful to them.
