★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht slecht slecht....tellen advocaatkosten terwijl er gewoon een juridisch medewerker op zit. Geen tot slecht contact met eigen advocaat. Medishe info van iemand anders zat in mijn dossier (bleek na afhalen dossier), maar dan kan eigen advocaat wél opeens reageren met blahblah-konden-we-niks-aan-doen-verhaal!!! Vergeten medische info op te vragen cq door te sturen. Smoezenboek ligt naast de secretaresse op bureau. Draait alleen nog maar om geld bij hun en niet om de client.
Bad bad bad .... lawyer costs count while there is just a legal assistant on it. No or poor contact with your own lawyer. Medical information from someone else was in my file (it turned out after the file was collected), but then your own lawyer can suddenly respond with a blahblah-we-can't-do-story !!! Request or forward forgotten medical information. Smoezenboek is on the desk next to the secretary. Is only about money with them and not about the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn ervaringen met Wil Saes zijn zeer positief, niet alleen de uitslag: op alle 3 zaken positief, zelfs tot in hoger beroep toe; Ook de samenwerking, vakkundigheid en ondersteuning zijn zeer goed bevallen. Wil luistert goed, is helder in feedback, vakkundig en ook nog eens sympathiek. Wat ons betreft een aanrader.
My experiences with Wil Saes are very positive, not only the result: positive on all 3 cases, even on appeal; The cooperation, expertise and support were also very good. Wil listens well, is clear in feedback, professional and also sympathetic. In our opinion, a must.

Ze zat zich 100% voor de zaak in, contact was altijd fijn en reageerde snel als mogelijk terug, tevens hield ze me altijd netjes op de hoogte of mailde ze tussen door hoe het ging. Ze is echt een fijn luisterd oor en denk altijd mee, dus mocht ik haar weer nodig hebben weet ik de weg.
Super nice lawyer mrs r. Saes and definitely recommended. She was 100% committed to the matter, contact was always nice and responded as quickly as possible, she also kept me informed or emailed me how it went. She is really a nice listener and always thinks along, so if I need her again I know the way.

Took 2 and a half years and never even finished the job, to do something that could have been done in half a year.
Made a lot of mistakes, purposefully made the process slower in order to charge me more.
Never gave me clear answers on to what is really going on.
Overcharged me about everything and wasn't sharing with me how much was the total amount needed to be paid. Didn't make those calculations for months and presented me a bill at the end for €20.000.
Didn't pay him and now suing me about the amount.
Suing me for 22.223,67
Hired a kind Dutch woman to deal with my situation and she fixed it in less than 6 months for about 5.000
How can they even call themselves lawyers?
