★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service. Ik had de VRAAG of mijn net gekochte oorbellen die veel te snel kapot waren gegaan gerepareerd konden worden tegen betaling uiteraard . Kreeg ik op zeer onvriendelijke toon een speech dat ik ze zelf had laten vallen en ze daar dus niet aan doen. Heel onbeleefd bejegend.
 Bad service. I had the QUESTION if my newly purchased earrings that had broken too quickly could be repaired against payment of course. I received a speech in a very unfriendly tone that I had dropped them myself and that they would not do anything about it. Very rude treatment.

Contact gehad hierover met de Eigenaresse, die tot de conclusie kwam dat het mijn eigen schuld wat omdat ik ze niet af gedaan had met handen wassen. Dit is natuurlijk niet het geval ik doe mijn sieraden altijd af met water, en alsnog is na 1 week helemaal zilver verkleurt te snel voor hoeveel het kosten. Ik kreeg geen geld terug of een tegemoetkoming. Koop hier niet
2 gold rings bought for € 25. Had become completely silver after a week. I had contact with the owner about this, who came to the conclusion that it was my own fault what because I did not take them off by washing hands. This is of course not the case, I always take my jewelry off with water, and after 1 week all silver discolours too quickly for how much it costs. I did not get a refund or an allowance. Do not buy here

Nice owner. Brings out all kinds of products as desired from her shop. She takes all the time for you.

I loved the jewelry I found here. It had a very Amsterdam feel to them and the owner was proud to point out that all her pieces came from local designers.
