Een perfecte module voor planning en urenregistratie, maar helaas nog niet de agenda functie met weekoverzicht die voor ons wenselijk is. Mocht deze er komen dan houden wij ons zeker aanbevolen! Unfortunately, after a short collaboration, a pleasant feeling was left with Timewax's personal approach. A perfect module for planning and time registration, but unfortunately not yet the agenda function with weekly overview that is desirable for us. If this one comes, we will definitely recommend it!

Programma is sowieso gemakkelijk en goed toepasbaar in allerlei soorten van project en/of personeelsplanning. The support is clear (even for a computer alphabet like me) and fast response time of the support to questions. In any case, the program is easy and well applicable in all kinds of project and / or personnel planning.

Is altijd erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Timewax is een fijn planningssysteem om mee te werken en biedt de mogelijkheid tot het genereren van de juiste overzichten. Tevens blijven ze ontwikkelen en luisteren goed naar de behoefte van de klant. I have the most contact with Danny van der Meer. He always reacts very quickly, thinks in solutions and solves problems well. Always very friendly and helpful. Timewax is a nice planning system to work with and offers the possibility to generate the right overviews. They also continue to develop and listen carefully to the needs of the customer.

What kind of Duty have our teammembers like Standby duty, Daily tasks, Specific tasks for customers, at which project the colleague is working, working from home or from the office, which shift (early/late shifts) etc. A very strong function of Timewax is the fact that you can schedule tasks very fast- for example by drop and drag. Also the query function- which is telling us how much capacity we have planned (hours per day) and how much we have left- so we can perform a good resource planning and see when we are low on capacity, etc. All in all a really nice solution for us. My experience working with the TW team has been very pleasant,. the only thing i would flag is that when sharing screen shots i don't get them through in my responses and a separate follow up email needs to be sent with an attachment. is there a workaround this?
