Daraufhin wurden meine Sachen kurzerhand via Mail rübergeschickt und kostenlos ausgedruckt.
Das nenne ich Service.
Needed new cartridges to print something urgent, unfortunately the cartridges were not in stock.
Then my things were sent over by email and printed out free of charge.
I call that service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Telefon kurz das Problem geschildert, da mein Drucker nicht mehr druckte. Ich konnte direkt kommen und wurde direkt bedient. Er hat sich das Problem angesehen, die Druckerpatrone gereinigt und mir erklärt woran das Problem liegt. Hat für mich noch im Netz nach dem Druckertreiber geschaut und mir ausführlich erklärt wie ich das zu Hause mache. Von meinem Laptop den ich dabei hatte sogar die Einstellungen bezüglich des Druckers erklärt.
Also unglaublich wie nett und kompetent. Und die Hilfe bekam ich auch noch umsonst. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen dort hin zu gehen. Ich werde es in Zukunft nur noch tun.

Und kostenlose Kundenparkplätze, mitten in der Innenstadt, direkt hinter dem Laden mit Hintereingang gibt es auch noch. ??

Briefly described the problem on the phone because my printer was no longer printing. I was able to come directly and was served directly. He looked at the problem, cleaned the printer cartridge and explained to me what the problem is. I checked the printer driver on the internet and explained in detail how to do it at home. I even explained the printer settings from my laptop that I had with me.
So it's unbelievable how nice and competent. And I got the help for free. I can only recommend everyone to go there. I'll just do it in the future.
