★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 5+ jaar voor het eerst bij een tandarts(Tjan) voor een kapotte vulling.
Na een korte wederzijdse introductie binnen 10 min klacht besproken, verdoving gekregen, foto gemaakt, (röntgen)bevindingen besproken en een nieuwe vulling gekregen. Duidelijk uitleg gekregen over wat er is aangetroffen en wat er gedaan wordt. Er is niet onnodig geboord op een plek wat potentieel een vulling zou worden omdat het nog niet nodig was (stel ik op prijs). Alles verliep snel en soepel. Wat kan je nog meer wensen.
After 5+ years for the first time at a dentist (Tjan) for a broken filling.
After a short mutual introduction, the complaint was discussed within 10 minutes, an anesthetic, a photo was taken, (X-ray) findings discussed and a new filling was made. Clear explanation of what has been found and what is being done. There was no unnecessary drilling in a place that would potentially become a refill because it was not needed yet (I appreciate). Everything went quickly and smoothly. What more could you wish for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik maak Richard Tjan en zijn team nu al behoorlijk wat jaren mee, zelf, met de kinderen en een invisalign beugel traject. Het team is vakkundig, heeft geduld, de toon is opgewekt en de drive ontzettend servicegericht. Dit is de eerste tandarts waar ik me geen patiënt maar een klant voel en waar het team je echt wil helpen. Top dus.
I have been with Richard Tjan and his team for quite some years now, myself, with the children and an invisalign braces trajectory. The team is professional, has patience, the tone is cheerful and the drive is extremely service-oriented. This is the first dentist where I don't feel like a patient but a customer and where the team really wants to help you. So great.
