Dus nooit hoef ik te wachten. In de wachtkamer kom ik er nooit aan toe, maar er liggen actuele tijdschriften. Easy going, friendly, also to the children. Tells what he is doing. K	Katja V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze tandartspraktijk zou ik absoluut NIET AANRADEN! BLIJF WEG BIJ DEZE PRAKTIJK, ze zijn alleen uit op geld en uw gezondheid komt op de laatste plaats! Onlangs kreeg ik last van hevig ontstoken verstandskiezen met hevige pijn en koorts als gevolg. Ik had contact opgenomen met de tandartspraktijk Kastanjesingel en ik mocht niet naar de praktijk komen omdat ik koorts had en ze vreesde voor Corona. Geheel begrijpelijk en geen enkel probleem, er werd mij echter geen alternatief geboden. Over de telefoon valt niet te beoordelen of een situatie zeer ernstig is en al helemaal niet door een assistente. Het kan niet zo zijn dat wanneer men Corona heeft, men nergens terecht kan en maar pijn moet lijden. Bovendien, ik had en heb gelukkig geen Corona, de koorts werd veroorzaakt door ernstige ontstekingen. Na meermaals gebeld te hebben naar de praktijk en de ernst van de situatie te hebben uitgelegd, zou ik een antibioticakuur toegestuurd krijgen. Twee dagen later had ik nog steeds niks ontvangen en werd de ontsteking alleen maar erger. Ik kon niet eten, slikken, slapen en dat al ruim een week niet. Ik ben naar een andere tandarts gegaan die mij direct op de praktijk toeliet toen hij over mijn ernstige klachten hoorde. Met spoed ben ik vervolgens doorverwezen naar de kaakchirurg, er begon zich namelijk een abces te vormen als gevolg van dat de tandartspraktijk Kastanjesingel mij niet op tijd had doorverwezen. Nog geen uur later verwijderde de kaakchirurg de verstandskies. Nu inmiddels een week later heb ik nog steeds pijn en moet ik naar de kaak fysio, allemaal omdat er te laat is ingegrepen en tandartspraktijk Kastanjesingel laks heeft gehandeld. Zowel mijn nieuwe tandarts als de kaakchirurg vertelden mij dat de tandarts voorzieningen had moeten treffen om mij toch op de praktijk te laten komen aangezien mijn symptomen duidden op een ernstige situatie. Als ik niet naar mijn nieuwe tandarts was gegaan en met spoed was doorverwezen had dit ernstige gevolgen voor mijn kaak gehad, wellicht dat ik mijn kaak niet eens maar normaal had kunnen openen. Ik heb tandartspraktijk Kastanjesingel hierover gebeld. Fouten maken is menselijk. De tandarts zelf is zoals altijd nooit bereid om zijn patiënten te woord te staan. De assistente herhaalde alleen maar "jammer dat je het zo vervelend hebt ervaren". Er kwam geen medeleven of excuses vanuit de praktijk. Bovendien heb ik het zo "vervelend ervaren" doordat tandartspraktijk Kastanjesingel tekort is geschoten en daarbij geen oog heeft voor de patiënten, maar alleen oog heeft voor geld. Ik kreeg namelijk een rekening toegestuurd voor het "consult" bij tandartspraktijk Kastanjesingel, terwijl er niet gesproken kan worden van een consult. Ik ben niet op de praktijk geweest, ik heb geen hulp van hen gehad, ze hebben geen enkele moeite gedaan en niet eens de moeite genomen om mij terug te bellen om te vragen hoe het gaat met hun patiënt. Praktijk Kastanjesingel heeft mijn gezondheid achteloos op het spel gezet en brengt dit vervolgens nog ook eens in rekening, ABSURD! BLIJF WEG BIJ DEZE PRAKTIJK, GELD IS VOOR HEN HET BELANGRIJKST EN UW WELZIJN KOMT OP DE LAATSTE PLAATS I would NOT RECOMMEND this dental practice! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE, they are only after money and your health comes last! Recently I got very inflamed wisdom teeth with severe pain and fever as a result. I had contacted the Kastanjesingel dental practice and I was not allowed to come to the practice because I had a fever and she feared for Corona. Completely understandable and no problem, but no alternative was offered to me. It is not possible to judge whether a situation is very serious over the telephone, and certainly not by an assistant. It cannot be the case that when one has Corona, one has nowhere to go and must suffer pain. Besides, fortunately I did not have Corona, the fever was caused by severe inflammation. After calling the practice several times and explaining the seriousness of the situation, I would be sent a course of antibiotics. Two days later I still hadn't received anything and the inflammation only got worse. I could not eat, swallow, sleep and not for over a week. I went to another dentist who immediately admitted me to the practice when he heard about my serious complaints. I was then urgently referred to the dental surgeon, because an abscess started to form as a result of the Kastanjesingel dental practice not referring me on time. Less than an hour later, the dental surgeon removed the wisdom tooth. Now a week later I still have pain and I have to go to the jaw physiotherapist, all because the intervention was too late and the Kastanjesingel dental practice acted lax. Both my new dentist and the dental surgeon told me that the dentist should have made arrangements for me to come to the office as my symptoms indicated a serious situation. If I had not gone to my new dentist and had an urgent referral, it would have had serious consequences for my jaw, perhaps that I would not even have been able to open my jaw normally. I called the Kastanjesingel dental practice about this. Making mistakes is human. As always, the dentist is never prepared to speak to his patients. The assistant only repeated "too bad that you have experienced it so bad". There was no sympathy or apology from the practice. Moreover, I have experienced it so "annoying" because the dental practice Kastanjesingel has failed and has no eye for the patients, but only has an eye for money. I was sent an invoice for the "consultation" at the dental practice Kastanjesingel, while there is no question of a consultation. I have not been to the office, I have not had any help from them, they have not made any effort or even bothered to call me back to ask how their patient is doing. Denkt mee over de financiële kant van mogelijk onderhoud in het voordeel van de klant. Geen geldwolf dus, maar heeft het beste voor met de klant en diens budget. De mondhygiëniste is zo mogelijk nog beter. Werkt bijzonder secuur en pijnloos! Laat je niet onnodig terugkomen, maar echt alleen indien nodig. Adviseert ook bij het kiezen van de juiste verzekering t.a.v. het behandelplan. Ook hier weer in het kader van niet onnodig veel betalen. Aanrader! Een bezoek aan de tandarts wordt op deze manier (bijna) leuk! Extremely nice dentist, also for children. Comforts the children and is clear in his explanation. Ik moest een nieuwe praktijk uitkiezen omdat mijn oude tandarts met pensioen ging. Deze tandarts geprobeerd en vanaf het begin had ik geen fijne klik met deze man. De mondhygiëniste is wel erg fijn maar helaas kun je daar geen aparte afspraak maken. Ik heb het een tijdje aangekeken maar ben er nu echt klaar mee, ik ben geswitcht van tandarts en kom hier gelukkig nooit meer. I had to choose a new practice because my old dentist was retiring. Tried this dentist and from the start I didn't have a good connection with this man. The dental hygienist is very nice, but unfortunately you cannot make a separate appointment there. I watched it for a while but I am now really done with it, I switched dentists and luckily never come here again.
