Hier staan vaak dezelfde containers, en handhaving doet er niks aan. 3x voor gebeld. Haal ze gewoon weg , en de eigenaar neemt automatisch contact op met de gemeente. Andere mensen schrijven ze meteen op. Belachelijk beleid gemeente Helmond.
