Er wordt geadverteerd met "vandaag besteld, morgen in huis" na 2 dagen besloot ik te bellen, omdat ik nog geen track en trace code had ontvangen. De order bleek niet verwerkt te zijn. Dit gingen ze per direct doen. Na 4 dagen kwam mijn product (€226,-), maar de bezorger (DHL) weigerde het naar binnen te brengen, omdat het te zwaar zou zijn. 2 weken verder en mijn product is nog niet aan gekomen, wil ik mijn geld terug gaan hier weken overheen. In 1 woord: shitservice
It is advertised with "ordered today, delivered tomorrow" after 2 days I decided to call, because I had not yet received a track and trace code. The order turned out not to have been processed. They were going to do this immediately. My product arrived after 4 days (€226), but the delivery person (DHL) refused to bring it in, because it would be too heavy. 2 weeks later and my product has not arrived yet, I want my money back. In one word: shit service

Tubeless Reifen für über 50€ bestellt, geliefert wurde ein völlig undichter Reifenmantel, Hab den jetzt schon mit nem Schlauch montiert weil ich biken will. Soll den Mantel zur Analyse zurücksenden....hä sieht man doch alles auf dem Bild (+Video) .... da schickt man direkt Ersatz.... nicht TOM = schlechte Ware & schlechter Service
Ordered tubeless tires for over 50€, a completely leaking tire was delivered, I've already fitted it with a tube because I want to go biking. Should send the coat back for analysis....huh, you can see everything in the picture (+video)....then you send a replacement directly....not TOM = bad goods & bad service

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL!!!! DIDN'T SEND PACKAGE, THAN SOME LIES ABOUT WRONG ADRES! NOW THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE BACK MONEY!!!!!! I WAS SENDING GIFT FOR MY SONS BIRTHDAY PRESENT! HE WAS WAITING ALL DAY BY WINDOW!!!!!

I should have read the reviews here before purchasing a bike from them. They do clearcly state that the bike will come NOT assembled. (assembly is 40 some euros exta) I decided to assemble it myself. Noticed that both wheels were warped and one bearing had some play. I sent them an email telling them about the issue. They advised me to tune the spokes in order to true the wheels and the warp should go away. Its the first time EVER I hear a brand new wheel coming out the factory has to be trued by the customer. (i know there is little adjustment that have to be made but that is AFTER riding the bike a couple times) And was told the play was due to the missassembly. (the bike was assembled by my dad who rides professional bikes for more than 25 years) So I asked my dad to take it to his bike shop to follow the vendor's directives. The technician tried all his best BUT he confirmed that the wheels were both warped, the bearing did have a play and on top of that, one wheel had a hop. Have informed the vendor. They are agreeing to take back the bike but I would have to pay shipping upfront. Had to email them and send them a few videos for them to come to that conclusion. Very disappointed by the ordeal. Paid a technician to check the bike and confirm the product was defective. Customer service not very understanding of the situation. I dont recommend ANYONE buying from them. Only thing positive is the bike looks good. Cant say the same about the quality control and the customer service. I guess its fine if you dont run into issues. (so good luck if you decide to buy from them)

Worst product quality and return policy ever! The new bicycle broke down with a serious material damage. Spare parts cannot be provided by local stores, without support by TOM. Should be no problem because of valid warranty. But then comes the worst customer service and return policy ever. Customer service says, it doesn't sound like the damage is covered by warranty. But I can send it back to check. Interestingly, the shipment must be paid by me as the customer first and if I'm lucky and the damage is covered then I'll receive the money back and a repaired bike. But the whole time the risk is taken by the customer and the customer service tell you, that it doesn't seem that the case is covered. That way the company wants to prevent customers to send back products and just make profit. Completely dissapointing.
