O	Olaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke en goede service gehad. Wel tip voor één van de medewerkers: haal die kauwgom uit je mond als je in een winkel werkt en helemaal als je klant helpt. Dat smakken was echt Not Done. Had nice and good service. A tip for one of the employees: get that chewing gum out of your mouth when you work in a store and especially when you help customer. That smacking was really Not Done.

Bij het terug brengen werd niet moeilijk gedaan en ik kon een nieuwe broek uitzoeken. Beide keren heb ik een goede service gehad van deze winkel. Ik ben erg tevreden. I bought a pair of pants from this store, they broke within the warranty period. The return was not difficult and I was able to choose a new pair of pants. Both times I have had good service from this store. I am very satisfied.
D	Dave mkay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vreselijk behandelt door vrouwelijke medewerkster op dinsdag 20 augustus +/- 16:00 Aller eerst niet aangesproken bij binnenkomst. Na het jack gevonden te hebben waar we naar op zoek waren lag er een stapel andere kleding op, deze probeerde ik er af te halen en dit werd gezien door mevrouw. Ze liep langs me heen en zei en deed niks. Daarna kwam een opmerking van achter mij "we hebben alleen M of groter" (zelf ben ik niet de grootste) Ze herhaalde deze opmerking nogmaals maar dan op een nog vernederende toon. Ik vroeg of het besteld kon worden, hier reageerde mevrouw chagrijnig op, met een verwaande blik. Klantvriendelijkheid was ver te zoeken bij deze dame. Erg teleurstellende winkel ervaring. Kom hier niet weer. Terribly treated by a female employee on Tuesday 20 August +/- 16:00 First of all not addressed on arrival. After we found the jacket we were looking for, there was a pile of other clothes on it, I tried to remove it and this was seen by Mrs. She walked past me and said and did nothing. Then a comment came from behind me "we only have M or larger" (I am not the largest myself) She repeated this comment again but then in a still humiliating tone. I asked if it could be ordered, Mrs. Grumpy responded with a sneaky look. Customer friendliness was hard to find with this lady. Very disappointing shopping experience. Don't come here again.

Meer uitgegeven dan gepland maar dat is niet erg als je zo goed geholpen wordt. Very nice shop. Super friendly and helpful staff. Really know their stuff. Spent more than planned, but that's okay if you are helped so well.

Nog geen 10 minuten later terug in de winkel met een aantoonbaar ongeopende verpakking vanwege een 50% sale bij Hudson Bay. Ik had hoog of laag kunnen springen, maar ruilen mocht niet in verband met het bedrijfsbeleid op ondergoed. Teleurstellend dat dit bedrijf consistentie maar klantonvriendelijkheid verkiest boven een terugkomende klant In this case underpants á € 20 each purchased as a birthday gift. Not even 10 minutes later back in the store with a demonstrably unopened package due to a 50% sale at Hudson Bay. I could have jumped high or low, but I was not allowed to trade due to the company policy on underwear. Disappointing that this company prefers consistency but customer-friendliness to a returning customer

Vooral indd die lompe vrouw met bruin haar, zgn.de manager...apart dat ze manager is; in mijn ogen functioneert ze nl.echt niet zoals het hoort. Wat een zuur mens! Personeel roddelt ook onderling over elkaar en klanten die de winkel uitlopen. Ik kom hier niet meer. Koop wel online of naar Tommy Hilfiger in Utrecht! The store has deteriorated since staff changes. Customer friendliness 0.0. Especially in view of that rude woman with brown hair, the so-called manager ... special that she is a manager; in my opinion it really does not function as it should. What a sour person! Staff also gossip about each other and about customers who leave the store. I'm not coming here anymore. Buy online or to Tommy Hilfiger in Utrecht!

Werd geholpen door een lange mevrouw met donker kapsel wat de manager bleek te zijn begreep ik later, is geheel niet klantvriendelijk, erg arrogante houding. Stonk daarnaast ook nog eens uit haar mond en verschrikkelijke sterke lichaams geur droeg ze met zich mee. Stond met een heel bijdehand jong arm vol tattoo's. Wagelijk personeel! Kom hier NOOIT MEER!! 1 star is still too much for this shop! Was helped by a tall lady with dark hair what the manager turned out to be, I later understood, is not customer friendly at all, very arrogant attitude. She also stank from her mouth and she carried a terrible strong body odor with her. With a very smart young arm full of tattoos. Caring staff! NEVER come here again !!
