★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting skateshop in Amsterdam west, this place has a halfpipe in the back to shred and there are two wings, one covering skateboards and shoes and the other with clothes. This shop drops the newest collections from OBEY and Element as well as great sales during the end of seasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best skate shop in Amsterdam. For real skaters and run by real skaters. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. They always go out of their way to help and encourage my 8 year old son including giving him tips on the in-store mini ramp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want or expect much in way of 'customer service', but what I got here was cold indignant indifference. The guy there was busy, so I went to the cash desk and waited to let her finish up to ask a few questions and get help. Once she was done, she just turned her head and looked at me blankly, stared ? and said 'yeah?'. Nice move! Said I wanted to buy a full new board & wanted some help as I wasn't familiar with what I needed, & she just tells me where the boards are. Thanks! Finally she's giving me some help for a minute, then suddenly walks off mid way to someone else. Comic level of not giving a sht. Walked out laughing at the negative shts given approach. Went to a certain 'independent skateshop' and got awesome quick service and help without having to feel like I was in their way... and got a great board??. I won't waste anyone's time again at Toms. ?
