★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and very efficient. The web site is clear and well described. Even if I'm from Belgium, unfortunatly I'm not fluent in Dutch so I used Google translate and it worked perfectly.
I started with a small command to test the process and I will definitively make more in the futur.

Exception my last Makita which was listed "on stock/delivery 1-3days" but still took 1week due to sudden high demand. Still ok, as I found it elsewhere with delivery in 1.5months+... I just wished I knew the correct time before I ordered. I recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ToolMax is a very well assorted online tool shop with in particular a great collection of electrical tools for reasonable prices. They have a big warehouse in Groningen where you can actually pickup your order in person. Hopefully this service will remain in place during the hard lockdown which was just announced today (Dec 14th 2020).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On monday morning, I ordered a new machine with battery and additional accessories, all was available for next day delivery. With Corona in mind, a day slippage was foreseen from my side but in the evening I received the message that the order had been schipped.Unfortunately the link of DHL showed the next day that the package was not received by them and still held by Toolmax. After contact, they told me the order was still in their warehouse. Next day I received an email that the order would now be delivered by Bpost and not DHL, but also they did not yet receive the package. Package was only received the week after monday and even worst, they had only provided one drillbit instead of the 5 I ordered.
Tried mailing them several times but no reply received and so no solution was presented for the 4 missing bits. Have given up hope of receiving them or to receive the funds back
