webshop=omslachtig, uiteraard kan vestiging Scheveningen hier niets aan doen.[als je wilt weten in welke vestiging een product wel op voorraad is, moet je steeds je vestiging per stuk wijzigen. handiger is wanneer er een overzicht staat op een webshop in welke vestigingen een product wel voorradig is].
winkelservice [Scheveningen]=alles behalve klantgericht [noch commercieel]
Had producten online gereserveerd en een winkelcode aangemaakt zodat ik ter plekke contant kon afrekenen. Aangekomen in de vestiging bleek dat dit niet kon, waarbij de medewerker allerlei niet relevante voorbeelden van andere bedrijven en hun "click&collect" technieken ging aanhalen.
Het bevreemd mij enorm wanneer ik een hoop gereedschap wil bestellen, dit langs deze weg wel kan wanneer ik kan bewijzen dat ik een zakelijke klant bent maar niet voor een consument, zelfs wanneer de website toch echt anders aangeeft.
Toch maar naar de gereedschap vakhandel waar wel wordt meegedacht met een serieuze klant.
Voor de kleine boodschap echt een prima concept en pook wanneer je KVK nummer er al is, maar als je daar precies tussenin valt, had ik toch echt gehoopt op wat meer commercieel mee bewegen.

webshop = cumbersome, of course the Scheveningen branch cannot do anything about this. [If you want to know in which location a product is in stock, you must always change your location per item. it is more convenient when there is an overview on a web shop in which branches a product is in stock].
shop service [Scheveningen]=everything except customer-oriented [nor commercial]
Had reserved products online and created a store code so that I could pay in cash on the spot. Arriving at the location it turned out that this was not possible, and the employee started citing all kinds of irrelevant examples from other companies and their "click&collect" techniques.
It surprises me enormously when I want to order a lot of tools, this is possible this way when I can prove that I am a business customer but not for a consumer, even if the website really indicates otherwise.
Anyway, go to the tool trade where they think along with a serious customer.
For the small message a really great concept and poker when your KVK number is already there, but if you fall exactly in between, I had really hoped for a bit more commercially moving along.
