I went there and the guy passed the transaction, said it wasn’t not ok and then for a second time made me pay.

They never answered the email. Easy to show up here and say they’ll solve the problem.

I went back to tell them the issue and the man refused to help fix it unless I payed the 100 euros again. Do yourself a favour and go to professionals

THEY STEAL PARTS FROM INSIDE YOUR PHONE!!
MAKE SURE THEY CLOSE THE PHONE IN FRONT OF YOU!!!
I had a tourist knock my phone out of my hand, causing the screen to break. The phone was brought into the shop for a screen change. The phone worked initially, but it was glitchy a few days later.
A week later my phone began to randomly turn off and on. I brought the phone to a local phone repair store for a diagnosis. The tech showed me missing bolts and brackets. The parts stolen are specific to new iPhones that are hard to find.
Their theft scheme makes perfect sense. Most people won’t be coming back and will be thousands of miles away when their phone breaks apart.
