★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren heute in Vaals shoppen und betraten zum ersten und LETZTEM mal dieses Top Fashion Geschäft. Nachdem wir einige Teile zur Anprobe gefunden hatten, teilten wir uns zu zweit eine der 4 Umkleidekabinen. Während meine Partnerin ihre rausgesuchten Sachen anprobierte, wartete ich draußen mit meinen bereits anprobierten Teilen, von denen ich tatsächlich 2 gekauft hätte. Mittlerweile waren alle 4 Umkleiden belegt und eine Dame trat dazu. Der "Inhaber" kam dazu und kontrollierte ob wirklich alle Kabinen belegt waren. Als er dies sah, plärrte ich mich an, das wir uns langsam mal beeilen sollten, wir seien ja schon seit einer Stunde. Verkaufsgeschick vom feinsten. Wir waren 15-20 min mit aussuchen der Teile erst dort. Es gab eine lautstarke Auseinandersetzung, woraufhin wir den Laden verließen. Natürlich ohne die Sachen, die wir gekauft HÄTTEN. Wir sind nochmal zurück und wollten von ihm die Kontaktdaten seines Vorgesetzten. Er sagte, dass dies sein Ladenlokal sei, ich bin immer noch schockiert wie man seine Kunden so behandeln kann. Leider konnte ich über Google keinen Geschäftsführer ausmachen, der oder diejenige darf sich aber gerne bei mir melden.
Ps. Den einen Stern gibt es nur, da man sonst nichts posten kann.
Today we went shopping in Vaals and entered this top fashion store for the first and LAST time. After we had found some parts to try on, the two of us shared one of the 4 changing rooms. While my partner tried on her selected items, I waited outside with my already tried on items, of which I would actually have bought 2. In the meantime all 4 changing rooms were occupied and a lady joined them. The "owner" came over and checked whether all cabins were really occupied. When he saw this, I yelled at myself that we should hurry up, we had been for an hour. Sales skill at its best. We were there for 15-20 minutes to choose the parts. There was a loud argument and we left the store. Without the things we would have bought, of course. We're back again and wanted him to give his manager the contact details. He said this was his shop, I am still shocked how you can treat your customers like that. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a manager through Google, but he or she is welcome to contact me.
