Het zij twee totaal verschillende boeketten en bij die van mn schoonmoeder vallen de lelies al uit, is er een bloem geknakt en de rozen voelen zacht aan de onderkant van de bloem, wat inhoud dat de bloemen oud zijn. Ik heb er best veel geld voor betaald dan mag ik toch ook verwachten dat er verse bloemen gebruikt worden. I ordered the same bouquet for Mother's Day for Mother's Day. I have had a photo of both. De laatste bos kwam al verfrommeld aan; stelen geknakt en knoppen losliggend in het boeket. Ik weet welke prijzen Topbloemen hanteert; de boeketten waren zeer beslist hun geld niet waard; een doorsnee boeketje van een tankstation doet het beter. Ehrenfest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte website althans op iPad, bevestigingsmail komt te laat aan, nl. nadat ik al 5 wachtenden voor heb laten moeten gaan op hulp telefoonnummer dat ik zelf op moest zoeken want wordt niet op website gegeven. Op website zouden ze binnen 1 werkdag contact opnemen na invullen formulier, wat betekent dat de verjaardag in kwestie al voorbij zou zijn. Alles bij elkaar een klein half uur mee bezig geweest, irritant, zo goedkoop zijn ze niet. Mooi boeket maar ik had het 2 keer zo groot verwacht voor dat geld. Het geleverde is nooit van z'n leven meer dan 25 of 30 euro max waard. Ik voel me stevig bekocht. Dit is de tweede keer dat me dit overkomt en ik ben er nu wel klaar mee: nooit meer via Topbloemen! Blijkbaar is de foto die van een maxi boeket, maar dat staat er niet bij vermeld. Dit is gewoon misleiding! Nu betaalde ik € 30 voor het boeket op de foto (met kaartje, maar zonder de vaas). De bloemist die de order heeft uitgevoerd kon er ook helaas niets mee, want zij krijgen precies voorgeschreven welke en hoeveel bloemen er in het boeket moeten zitten. Bestelling werd wel keurig op tijd uitgevoerd. Delivered bouquet much smaller than what I could expect from the photo of the website. Toch wel erg jammer en het boeket zag er niet heel aanlokkelijk uit. Get flowers for 24 hours and pull them out of the wall. Always easy and fast. Just pin and you're done. So when you get there, only 1 bouquet left to receive. Very unfortunate and the bouquet did not look very appealing.

Tried other websites before but when my friends received the flowers, it always a pity how they arranged it. I ordered 4 times with Topbloemen, so far so good. Price is decent, plus delivery cost is more or less the same with other companies. After the order, they even shared a video, so you can actually see the bouquet you arranged. It’s commercial but also good customer experience. The photos are size M-S-S-L. Bouquet is well arranged, flowers are fresh&clean.
