I asked for a delivery because of the graduation of my boyfriend and notes on delivery time were ignored. When calling the customer service, they stated that the receiver needs to call the florist to make a new appointment for delivery and they weren't allowed to give me the details of the florist. When I wanted to cancel te whole order, also this wasn't possible. "you can call us back tomorrow" because apparently their supervisor who can fix things leaves at 17:00? Very unprofessional and anything but customer friendly for a company. I will never order here again and will tell my family and friends to not order through here! Conclusion, no service, no possibilities, no surprise, no flowers.

A great place to order flowers . They now even have a postal delivery of flowers. I send flowers to my loved ones in Holland because I live in Australia. My sister says the postal flowers are beautiful and my Aunt looks forward to her flowers every fortnight.

Flowers looked beautiful but on closer inspection roses were rotting and brown in the middle, two days later all but 2 blooms were dead . I understand that it has been very warm but if you can' not deliver quality flowers when the weather is warm. Maybe you should not accept orders. Extremely disappointed

The worst service I have ever received. I have booked a delivery for Saturday a week in advance and I have even given the number of the person and the correct address and I tried to call them all Saturday to see if it was delivered, only to get an email that the flowers were not delivered because the person does not live there. She has lived there for 5 years and I have never had issues with other delivered from better companies! So they not only ruined the surprise, but were also unapologetic on the phone with me and couldn't care about my order in any way. I do NOT recommend this service to anybody!

Quite disappointed by the service. Ordered flowers as a surprise to get delivered on a special occasion, knowing the receiver is at home that day. No news on The Day until I called the customer service after 18h. I am being told that the florist left a note as no one was home. The person, was out of the house for less 20min and just around the corner. Why the florist didn't call both numbers given (and required) during the order (Mine and receiver) ? What's the point even providing the info? Now we need to call to make a appointment with the florist...great! After an email exchange with the customer service, they were definitely not concerned about the situation..."the florist left a note" Great surprise! I could have done it myself then instead of using them and save almost 6euros delivery service.

I would give 0 stars, if I could. We ordered flowers for a colleague who just gave birth. We wanted this to be nice, happy celebration and ordered the nicest and biggest bunch we could find on their website. The flowers which arrived did not look at all like a bunch on the picture, the flowers were different, bouquet was small while we ordered XL. They did look like a bouquet bought at AH for EUR 7, actually AH flowers would be nicer. When we complained, the exactly same bouquet arrived a day later, the same size. This company does not deserve any business, it provides false promises and very poor quality product which is completely not what was sold.

DISASTER !!!!!!!! Ze behouden zich het recht voor random bloemen te vervangen! Geboden oplossing (nieuw boeket is geen oplossing, nu te laat, en gaan we niet mee akkoord): waarschijnlijk wil topbloemen de kosten van fouten op deze manier alleen bij de bloemist houden. in English for everyone to understand DISASTER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY MAKE THE DESCRIPTION FOR THE FLOWERS THEY DELIVER OTHERS -it is outrageous and it is the third time as i think it is intentionally -the note was wroted in english but no matter what language we use; the carnation on the order are not the chryzantemus delivered which look horribile in that mix -it is tooooooooooooooo big and doesn.t have any ellegance ,it is an flower for funerals not for birthdays bouqet.the size of bouquest was small because we thought she will like that one- what they sent has half of bush in the middle so THE PROPORTIONS BETWEEN ALL THE STUFF .........ARE WRONG . IT IS TERRIBILE ! not only we do not recommend but i think only the gift would be the best than to risk with <> i was offered other flowers-probably this time you send only the bush in the middle ...or dead flowers..............I DO NOT TAKE ANY RISKS FOR THE BUYERS : ACCORDING TO THE DISCUSSION WITH THEM: they CAN replace any flower they want anytime.....................SO IF YOU WANT SPECCIFIC FLOWERS, ALIVE ONES,NOT HALF BUSH IN THE MIDDLE .........this is not the place to get your special flowers for your special person in your life the first 2 times we thought it is an mistake - it is not -IT IS INTENTIONALLY AND as we all know the occassions to send flowers there are specific dates in the year-it cannot be ruined and it cannot be sent LATER other flowers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
