★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine gute SB Reinigung (Waschsalon) wo man aber auch Wäsche abgeben kann.
Waschen und Trocknen dauert je 30 min, und man kann sich drumherum in der Innenstadt von Zwolle super die Zeit vertreiben.
A good self-service cleaning (laundromat) where you can also hand in laundry.
Washing and drying take 30 minutes each, and you can easily pass the time in downtown Zwolle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaak is vies, spinnenweb aan plafond. Personeel houdt zich met veel bezig behalve met klantervaring. Ze wist niet wat het kostte om vlinderstruik te laten reinigen. Na 7 verschillende “collega’s en managers” te hebben gebeld die geen van allen opnamen (!) stel ik voor twee euro te berekenen (dit was naast andere producten die ik al liet stomen). Nee dat kan ik niet doen, dat kan alleen mijn bazin en zij is nogal moeilijk persoon in de omgang. (!). Lekker dan, kan op zoek naar nieuwe stomerij!
Case is dirty, spider web on ceiling. Personnel are busy with a lot of things except with customer experience. She did not know what it took to have butterfly bush cleaned. After calling 7 different "colleagues and managers" who did not record any of them (!) I propose to charge two euros (this was in addition to other products that I had already steamed). No, I can not do that, only my boss can do that and she is a rather difficult person to deal with. (!). Tasty then, can look for new dry cleaning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duur om zelf te wassen. 5 euro voor 35 minuutjes en dan maar de vraag of het schoon is... Aan de balie kan je geen contanten pinnen voor het apparaat aan de muur... Erg jammer! Personeel wel vriendelijk

Dame die deze wasserette runt is bijzonder vriendelijk en sociaal.
Dekbed en matrasovertrek weer helemaal gereinigd en nog op dezelfde dag klaar ook.
Komen hier zeker vaker terug
Super fast service.
Lady who runs this laundromat is very friendly and sociable.
Duvet and mattress cover have been completely cleaned and ready the same day.
Will definitely come back here more often

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative 10 stars. They completely ruined our clothes. White shirt is now a dull pink. White socks now have blue trim, bright yellow panties are now mustard. Bright orange t-shirt is now rust. It's laundry and this is a laundry service?
Just because we're traveling and won't be back doesn't mean you should put our clothes in with other peoples' new jeans. And you think you can get away with it?
