★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and attitude. Went inside and the guy took ages to come and when he came he didn’t have any menu so I asked for it. He went then and brought it after some time and didn’t even say a thing he just put it in my hands and left. I asked for some things and he said they didn’t have it. I said then it’s fine I’ll be leaving. He didn’t even say a thing he took and the menu and left. Never ever had such bad attitude and service this place should shut down. No wonder it was empty.

The waiters seemed unprofessional and were not very friendly.

Service and Shisha is good in Topkapi. Sitting outside is possible.
