β β β β β Slechte kennis van zaken, (geen vakkennis), onvriendelijk(vooral tegen kinderen)roddelen,slechte opvolging vh advies vd orthodontist door de medewerkers, slechte communicatie met de klant en de medewerkers onderling, veel wisselende orthodontisten met steeds een nieuw plan van aanpak, dus enorm lang traject met bijbehorende hoge kosten...vaak overbodig lang lopen doordat er geen afspraak gemaakt kan worden gemaakt, te weinig contact momenten met de orthodontist zelf, kortom veel fouten en daardoor hoge kosten en een ellendig langdurig traject..met meerdere verkeerde beoordelingen en gefrustreerde medewerkers
 Poor knowledge of things, (no professional knowledge), unfriendly (especially against children) gossiping, poor follow-up of the advice of the orthodontist by the employees, poor communication with the customer and the employees among themselves, many changing orthodontists with a new plan of action, so an extremely long route with associated high costs ... often needless walking because there is no appointment can be made, too few contact moments with the orthodontist itself, in short, many mistakes and therefore high costs and a miserably long journey .. with multiple wrong reviews and frustrated employees
