Ik begrijp dat jullie eea van te voren melden over annuleringen, maar niks kunnen betekenen na 5 min is heel slecht (onder een smoes dat het al verwerkt is en niet makkelijk terug te draaien is). Daarnaast hebben wij toch eerder de dakdragers teruggebracht en in een e-mail netjes gevraagd om iets te doen. We zijn nu bijna een week verder en hebben niks gehoord. Ik vind het idee van topspace goed, maar de service is heel slecht. Nooit meer voor ons. Groeten!
Very bad. I ordered too quickly and was unable to cancel within 5 minutes. I understand that you can report in advance about cancellations, but nothing can mean after 5 min is very bad (under the excuse that it has already been processed and is not easy to reverse). In addition, we have previously returned the roof racks and neatly asked in an email to do something. We are now almost a week further and have heard nothing. I like the idea of topspace, but the service is very bad. Never for us again. Regards!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iets onhandige locatie om in en uit te parkeren. Beetje krap, personeel rijdt de auto naar binnen ?. Service was goed, vriendelijk en vlot, materiaal was uitstekend en behoorlijk nieuw. Lees de voorwaarden goed door, instructies voor gebruik waren helder. Niet de goedkoopste maar wel een loyaliteits programma.
Slightly inconvenient location to park in and out. A bit tight, staff drives the car in ?. Service was good, friendly and smooth, material was excellent and quite new. Read the conditions carefully, instructions for use were clear. Not the cheapest but a loyalty program.
