★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg bureaucratisch bedrijf. Doen overal moeilijk over en niet gericht op de klant. Topspace Delft is echt aan te raden. Vriendelijk, snel en behulpzaam.
 Very bureaucratic company. Make things difficult about everything and not focus on the customer. Topspace Delft is highly recommended. Friendly, fast and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De medewerk(st)ers achter de balie op deze locatie zijn zo enorm klantonvriendelijk. Een papieren doekje voor het schoonmaken van de imperial was teveel gevraagd. Dus uiteindelijk de imperial maar weer meegenomen en ingeleverd op een locatie in Delft waar ze wel meedenken met de klant. Ook al wordt er drukte verwacht wat ik zeker begrijp na het einde van een vakantie, als je op dat moment de enige klant bent, is het nog steeds fijn als men mee kan werken aan een vrij simpele oplossing. Uiteindelijk onbeleefd de shop uitgelachen.
Contact met hoofdkantoor Breda, zeer behulpzaam en klantvriendelijk.
The employees behind the counter at this location are so unfriendly to customers. A paper towel for cleaning the imperial was too much to ask. So in the end we took the imperial again and handed it in at a location in Delft where they do think along with the customer. Even though crowds are expected, which I certainly understand after the end of a holiday, if you are the only customer at that moment, it is still nice if people can work on a fairly simple solution. Finally rudely laughed at the shop.
