Onzettend blij met onze nieuwe salon en eettafel. De service was super goed. Tafels werden binnen 2 dagen geleverd en gemonteerd. Echt een aanrader voor goed kwaliteit tafels

Vreselijke zaak. Verkeerde tafel geleverd, en de bestelde planken zijn ook niet geleverd. Sindsdien laten ze niks meer van zich horen. Ze nemen de telefoon niet meer op. We hebben wel al alles betaald. We wachten nu al 4 maanden op onze spullen en hebben 1600 euro betaald!!! Voor niks. Volgens leveranciers betaald Halil ook niet. Koop hier aub niks!!!!

Juiste adres om prachtige tafels te kopen en keukens, en meubels op maat te laten maken?

Na een levertijd die ruim 4 weken op zich heeft laten wachten en een eigenaar die zich tot 5x aan toe niet aan z'n afspraken houdt vond ik het nodig om iets te plaatsen. Ik heb een tafel en bijpassende bank gekocht, die in een andere kleur gebeitst zijn. Na 4 maanden normaal gebruik tonen de scheuren zich al. Eigenaar geeft aan dat dit een garantie geval is en hij contact neemt om een afspraak te maken, maar verzaakt wederom. Ik blijf niet achter jullie aan lopen en laat het daarom ook hierbij in de hoop een toekomstige klant niet voor de vriendelijke eigenaar te kiezen die zijn afspraken niet kan houden.

Really bad service! We bought a table and after a year of using i found a hole on the top of table. I contacted with Halil, he said might be a wooden worms, let's wait and let's see what will happen in a coming days. I didn't wanted to have a problem with other wood furniture what I have at home so I asked him to take the table to his work shop and try to check what we can do. Ok, he took the table and he said stories that in 10 days he will put in every hole (on the bottom side was already canals and plenty holes) chemistry injection and the worms will die. Meanwhile we read about which wood is hardest and worms proof. We decided to invest another money for suar wood table from Halil. He gave us a new invoice, we paid and we've been waiting a weeks. After I think 3 weeks we went to showroom and nobody knew where is our new table, where is our old table. Nothing. When table arrives I was a bit in shock. Second hand, that's for sure, smaller than we paid for. We wanted 200×100, we've got 200×70. Damaged. We could even install the legs, bcos the table was to small. I will add pictures below. Immediately I contacted with Halil to take away this table from our home and give us our money back. Total we paid 1200e!!! He said its impossible, this is how the real wood looks like and if I don't agree i can go to a lawyer. I invited him to check in which shape the table is. He came and said that the fact is that the table is smaller. So we said take this table and give money back. He said its impossible. Go to lawyer. 20 minutes talking like this. Finally we found agreement that we will go to the work shop to select piece of wood and will be ready next week. Ok. Than he send info via email that the table will be ready between 15-30 October. Finally 10th November we've got our table. I have to say that it's beautiful but I will NEVER recommend Halil and his service. To reach him on phone its a real challenge. To get any answer on what's app is almost impossible. Really bad service!!!

The board I bought for my table was excellent and the staff very available for any request. I totally recommend it.
