The end result is fine in itself. But in terms of service it could be much better and responding to the mail is also not as it should be. You have to go after it a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kozijnen bijgeverfd met spuitbus wat er nu niet meer uitziet.. Dit aangegeven dat het niet zo kan maar de eigenaar (?) zei dat dit perfect gaat... In een koude periode... . Na aantal belletjes de afgelopen jaren nemen ze gewoon de telefoon/gesprek niet meer aan..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorige week heeft Toscana bij ons alle kozijnen geplaatst. Het ziet er super uit! Ook de schuifpui van 4 meter is perfect geplaatst. Fijn dat ze meedenken in verdeling van de kozijnen en een inzetkozijn geplaatst naast een draai/kiep omdat dat vanaf buiten gezien mooier lijkt. Top bedrijf!
Last week Toscana placed all the window frames with us. It looks great! The sliding door of 4 meters is also perfectly placed. It's nice that they think along with the division of the frames and placed an insert frame next to a turn/tilt because that looks nicer from the outside. Great company!
