★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zegt dat de einddatum van mijn lijfrentepolis aangepast moet worden aan de huidige AOW-leeftijd (niet waar, ik heb hiervoor nog bijna 15 jaar de tijd). Durft hiervoor €495 te vragen. En dat terwijl ik het zelf gratis eenvoudig online bij de verzekeraar kan doen.
Says that the end date of my annuity policy must be adjusted to the current state pension age (not true, I still have almost 15 years to do this). Dares to ask €495 for this. And that while I can easily do it online for free with the insurer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het feit dat jullie mijn naam niet herkennen zegt genoeg. Drie terugbelverzoeken achtergelaten en ben nog niet gebeld. Vorig wel belde jullie wel omdat volgend jaar de rente afloopt en jullie weer iets nieuws kunnen afsluiten. Dit allemaal telefonisch ook aangegeven en er was begrip voor mijn reactie.
The fact that you don't recognize my name says it all. Left three callbacks and have not yet received a call. You did call last year because the interest rate expires next year and you can take out something new again. All this also indicated by telephone and my response was understood.
