★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tot enkele weken geleden altijd hier getankt echter de laatste keer is mijn auto er vrijwel direct mee gestopt na het tanken waarna hij door de garage is afgesleept. Direct bleek dat de diesel vervuild was (ook merkte ik dat de pomp haperde bij het tanken echter heb ik hier op dat moment geen aandacht aan besteed)tot 4 keer toe contact proberen te krijgen met total maar die reageren nergens op, telefonisch wordt aangegeven dat de rayon manager vakantie heeft en dat ik zelf maar moet mailen, op mails komt helemaal geen reactie. Het uitblijven van elke vorm van communicatie en de manier van communicatie van de receptie van Total vind ik zelfs nog velender dan de geleden schade.
update 14-01 - weer contact gezocht per mail en telefonisch en doorverbonden naar Frankrijk. geen enkel iemand die iets kon betekenen, manager had weer / nog vakantie. een direct mail adres geven ze niet (bijzonder)
update 20-01 - door mijn garage gebeld dat er nog iemand is afgesleept met exact hetzelfde probleem, deze persoon had ook In Born getankt bij dezelfde Total, toeval?
zeer jammer dat er geen communicatie mogelijk is, en dat Total op deze manier met dit soort zaken omgaat.
update 17-02 --> weer contact gezocht met de afspraak dat de regiomanager contact met me zou opnemen, zoals verwacht weer niets vernomen van Total
11-03 --> nog niets vernomen, dus weer gebeld met terugbelverzoek.

It immediately turned out that the diesel was polluted (I also noticed that the pump faltered when refueling, but I did not pay attention to this at the time) tried to contact total 4 times but they do not respond to anything, it is indicated by telephone that the district manager is on vacation and that I should email myself, there is no response at all to emails. I think the lack of any form of communication and the way of communication from the reception of Total is even greater than the damage suffered.
update 14-01 - contacted again by mail and telephone and put through to France. not a single person who could mean anything, manager was on holiday again / still. they do not give a direct mail address (special)
update 20-01 - called by my garage that someone else has been towed with exactly the same problem, this person had also refueled In Born at the same Total, coincidence?
It is very unfortunate that no communication is possible, and that Total handles matters like this in this way.
update 17-02 --> contacted again with the agreement that the regional manager would contact me, as expected again nothing from Total
11-03 --> haven't heard anything yet, so called again with a callback request.
