Mijn ervaring: recent werd een DHL pakket geweigerd mee te nemen. Volgens de dame aan de kassa was het pakket te groot en mocht ze dit weigeren. Omdat het pakket wel degelijk binnen de maten van DHL viel Γ©n reeds was aangemeld hield ik voet bij stuk, maar ik werd onvriendelijk te woord gestaan en "moest het maar uitzoeken". Want zoals de baliedame zei, "dit zijn de regels van mijn baas en met klachten doet hij niets.
Ik ben direct doorgereden naar Total de Esch Staphorst. Hier werd het pakket zonder problemen aangenomen, heel fijn.
Do not bring DHL parcels here, chances of refusal are high.
My experience: recently a DHL package was refused to take with you. According to the lady at the counter, the package was too big and she was allowed to refuse. Because the package was within DHL's dimensions and had already been registered, I persisted, but I was answered unfriendly and "had to find it out". Because as the desk lady said, "these are my boss's rules and he doesn't do anything with complaints.
I immediately drove to Total de Esch Staphorst. Here the package was accepted without any problems, very nice.

β β β β β Eerlijk is eerlijk. Het is relatief goedkoop autogas/lpg tanken.
Maar ik kwam ruim 5 minuten voor sluitingstijd aanrijden en de boel werd voor mn neus gesloten met een belerend akelig vingertje van forsige mevrouw met kort pittig kapsel. Mocht niet meer tanken en werd met een wegwuifgebaar door haar weggejaagd. Erg jammer.
Ben gelukkig nog net in de kou op mn laatste liters thuis gekomen, terwijl zij waarschijnlijk al warm en breed op dr doorgezakte bank pils en peuken zat te nuttigen
1 ster. Zonde. Advies: direct elke forse, grijze kort pittig kapselmevrouw ontslaan.
Fair is fair. It is relatively cheap to refuel LPG/LPG.
But I arrived more than 5 minutes before closing time and the whole thing was closed in front of me with a pedantic nasty finger of a large lady with a short spicy haircut. Was not allowed to refuel and was chased away by her with a wave gesture. Pity.
Fortunately I just came home in the cold on my last liters, while she was probably already warm and wide on her saggy couch consuming beer and butts
1 star. Shame. Advice: immediately fire every strong, gray short spicy haircut lady.
