Jestem a w zasadzie byłem stałym klientem tej stacji, tankowałem każdego miesiąca nasze dwa auta. 29 maja zatankowałem auto za 50 euro i kupiłem w sklepie płyn do czyszczenia wtryskiwaczy. Podszedłem do kasy podałem kod do zeskanowania oraz podałem numer dystrybutora w którym zatankowałem auto. Zapłaciłem kartą i spokojnie odjechałem. Następnego dnia tankowałem tam również nasze drugie auto i również zapłaciłem kartą. Po kilku dniach dostałem wezwania od firmy windykacyjnej że nie zapłaciłem za benzynę oczywiście z dodatkowymi kosztami 48,51 euro. Okazało się że kasjerka nie policzyła mi za benzynę tylko za zakupy które zrobiłem mimo że podałem przy płaceniu numer dystrybutora. Byłem wyjaśniać sprawę na stacji i po rozmowie z kierownikiem okazało się że to moja wina i muszę zapłacić również dodatkowe koszty. Zgłosiłem skargę do siedziby głównej i czekam na odpowiedź. Dodam że każdego miesiąca tankowałem tam auto i robiłem zakupy w sklepie. Czuje się oszukany. Good day. The station is very nice and I would give five stars with pleasure, but I had a very nasty incident there. I am a regular customer of this station, I used to refuel our two cars every month. On May 29, I refueled my car for 50 euros and bought an injector cleaner in the store. I went to the cash register, gave the code to be scanned and gave the number of the distributor in which I refueled. I paid with a card and quietly drove away. The next day I also refueled our second car there and also paid with the card. After a few days, I got a summons from a debt collection company that I did not pay for gas, of course with an additional cost of 48.51 euros. It turned out that the cashier did not charge me for gas, only for the purchases I made, even though I gave the distributor's number when paying. I was explaining the matter at the station and after talking to the manager it turned out that it was my fault and I had to pay additional costs as well. I have submitted a complaint to the headquarters and am waiting for a response. I would like to add that every month I refueled the car there and shopped in the store. I feel cheated.
