★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige bodyworksessies bij en met Sandra gehad. Ze is enorm professioneel en respectvol. Heel ontspannen en prettig doe je in het begin een aantal bewegingsoefeningen waardoor je ontspant maar ook voelt wat er in jouw lijf gebeurt! Dan bevraagt Sandra je daarop en het is werkelijk enorm inzichtgevend wat daar allemaal uitkomt. Ik heb een aantal sessies gedaan en 1 was zo heftig dat ik daar een poosje door uit evenwicht was ( een week) maar daarna had ik wel iets heel belangrijks geleerd wat me enorm veel stevigheid gaf in het innemen van ruimte. Dus ja Sandra is enorm fijn, inlevend, respectvol en weet wat ze doet. Jouw lijf vertelt jou meer over jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling en blokkades dan je voor mogelijk houdt. Ik kan iedereen tenminste drie tot vijf sessies aanraden. Het verrijkt enorm en brengt je verder in je persoonlijke kracht en ontwikkeling!!!!
 Had great bodywork sessions with and with Sandra. She is extremely professional and respectful. In the beginning you do a number of movement exercises very relaxed and pleasant, so that you relax but also feel what is happening in your body! Then Sandra questions you and it is really insightful what it all comes out. I did a number of sessions and 1 was so intense that I was out of balance for a while (a week) but after that I had learned something very important that gave me a lot of strength in taking up space. So yes Sandra is very nice, empathetic, respectful and knows what she is doing. Your body tells you more about your personal development and blockages than you think possible. I can recommend at least three to five sessions to everyone. It enriches enormously and takes you further in your personal strength and development !!!!
