★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij ieder bedrijf kan iets mis gaan, het gaat erom of je dit netjes oplost. Maar deze makelaar duikt weg als je als klant aangeeft niet tevreden te zijn en een oplossing vraagt. Gaat niet eens het gesprek aan. Daar valt niets voor hen aan te verdienen en blijkbaar is negeren/ontkennen de strategie die men kiest. Houdt zich niet aan de AVG wetgeving door zonder toestemming een telefoongesprek op te nemen! Zeer onprofessioneel en ik ga mij tot de klachtencommissie van de NVM wenden. Jammer dat het zo moet lopen en Toussaint een klant zo in de kou laat staan !
In every business can go wrong, it's whether you can solve this nicely. But the broker turns off when the customer requests otherwise be satisfied and demands a solution. Does not even start the conversation. Nothing can be earned for them and apparently ignoring / denying is the chosen strategy. Does not stick to the AVG legislation without permission to record the conversation! Very unprofessional and I will turn to the complaints of the NVM. Too bad so to walk and Toussaint clients much less so in the cold!
