Vooral benoemen wat niet kan ipv in oplossingen denken.Koopmotief van ons compleet gemist.Sterker nog niet eens naar gevraagd. Daarna enthousiast en joviaal met een andere "klant" naar buiten lopen Cursus klant contact en verkopen zou geen overbodig luxe zijn.
The seller was very passive and uninterested. We came for information and indication for trade-in. Especially naming what is not possible instead of thinking in solutions. Buying motive from us completely missed. Stronger not even asked about it. Afterwards, enthusiastically and jovially walk out with another "customer" A course in customer contact and sales would not be a superfluous luxury.

Got very confusing info and price calculation when setting my appointment, and ended up not needing the advised procedure. Called me last minute to inform me the temporary replacement car wasn't available for the procedure as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to the shop with 99% intention of buying a car we checked and drove, all we asked was ~500 eur discount because car needed service but we got a direct no, in the end we were planning to get service from this place everytime, not even a price has given or room for negotiation. So that 1% skeptism worked and we walked away. Never let your customers walk away with no, at least try to offer something
