Zowel bestellingen voor verzending als afhaal worden heel goed verzorgd. Een aanrader voor iedere grote en kleine lego fan. Duplo...technic...wat andere lego snufjes...onderdelen...kan je hier allemaal verkrijgen. Zásilka přišla dřív, než jsem čekal (přesněji - za 10 dní). Zboží je za trochu vyšší ceny, za což dávám o jednu hvězdu míň, ale jinak všechno ostatní probíhalo úplně perfektně. Opravdu doporučuji. I picked up the shipment today and I was satisfied. There was everything I ordered in perfect condition. The shipment arrived earlier than I expected (more precisely - in 10 days). The goods are at slightly higher prices, for which I give one star less, but otherwise everything else went perfectly. I really recommend.

Ne jamais commander chez eux car on paie mais en retour nous n'avons rien et le service après vente n'est clairement pas à la hauteur!! I placed an order that I never received. Toypro walks me around but offers no concrete solution. Never order from them because we pay but in return we have nothing and the after sales service is clearly not up to par !!

Ne passez pas commande chez ce vendeur sans scrupule. A ce jour aucune solution de ré-envoi ou remboursement ne m'a été proposé, c'est inadmissible. Edit le 24/02/2022: Après un peu plus de trois mois de discussion avec Toypro j'ai pu revoir mon argent suite à un remboursement, mon cadeau de Noël est à l'eau mais je n'ai pas tout perdu... Il est dommage de devoir réclamer et attendre si longtemps pour se faire entendre... I placed an order on December 09, 2021, I have not received anything to date. The seller rejects the responsibility on the carrier and does not honor its commitments. Do not order from this unscrupulous seller. To date, no re-sending or refund solution has been offered to me, this is unacceptable. Edit on 24/02/2022: After a little over three months of discussion with Toypro I was able to see my money again following a refund, my Christmas present is in the water but I haven't lost everything.. . It's a shame to have to claim and wait so long to be heard...
E	Elli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfekt, brauchte ein paar Lego Friends Ersatzteile. Website zum Bestellen ist Super, alle Teile sind heute angekommen. Lieferzeit von der Bestellung bis alles ankam 5Tage, ich finde das nicht zu lange. Man muss auch mal Geduld haben und nicht gleich meckern nur weil eine Bestellung nach 2 Tagen nicht da ist. Ich würde über ToyPro jederzeit wieder bestellen. Bin vollstens zufrieden. Perfect, needed some Lego Friends spares. Website to order is great, all parts arrived today. Delivery time from ordering to everything arrived 5 days, I don't think that's too long. You have to be patient and not complain just because an order isn't there after 2 days. I would order from ToyPro again at any time. I'm completely satisfied.
