Nice that the supervisor comes into the home situation .. so there is quickly a familiar atmosphere ... and there is always someone available 24 hours a day .. that is very nice in crisis situations

A very nice organization. Finally an intake interview where we as parents were not asked what we expect from them, but in which it was indicated what they could do for us. SUPER!!!
