S	Stephanie Donderwinkel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is dat ik minimaal één ster moest geven. Schofterig hoe deze onderneming te werk gaat. Puur verdienen. In het kader van de veiligheid werd er meerdere malen omgeroepen dat kinderen op hen eigen trampoline diende te blijven. Zeer begrijpelijk wanneer het heel druk is, er waren 3 kinderen op vijftien trampolines, waarvan er 4 zwaar onbeveiligd. ONBEVEILIGD in de zin van niet in "juiste staat", zeg maar gewoon een afgrond van 2 bij 4....die van ons kon er gelukkig grappig over doen. In mijn ogen een onderneming die denkt aan de centen en niet aan de veiligheid van de kinderen, maar dit wel pretendeert te zijn over de rug van de kinderen. Very understandable when it is very busy, there were 3 children on 15 trampolines, 4 of which were heavily unsecured. In my eyes, a company that thinks about the money and not the safety of the children, but pretends to be on the back of the children.

M	Meysie bobo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zojuist mijn kind van 3 laten springen, de manier hoe de eigenaresse of wat ze ook was tegen de ouders sprak was beschamend. Medewerkers geven aan mag 1 ouder blijven eigenaresse komt en begint ouders op een denigrerende manier eruit te sturen. Hup hup lopen. Ziekelijk gestoord wijf. Medewerkers geven achteraf aan dat zij het ook allemaal niet snappen. Zorg ervoor dat je je regels bij de ingang kenbaar maakt niet pas als iedereen binnen is. En nog iets niemand laat zijn kinderen alleen achter in open lucht. Just let my 3 year old jump, the way the owner or whatever she spoke to the parents was embarrassing. Employees indicate that 1 parent may remain, the owner comes and starts sending parents out in a derogatory way. Hup hup walk. Sickly crazy woman. Afterwards, employees indicate that they don't understand it either. Make sure you do not communicate your rules at the entrance until everyone is inside. And nothing else leaves their children alone in the open air.

Vraag gewoon vriendelijk of mijn kinderen nog mogen springen, kijkt ze me arrogant aan of ik soms de verkeerde bril op mn neus heb ? Heeft 1 van mijn zoons perongeluk de verkeerde trampoline ingenomen, blèrt ze door de microfoon dat we NIET die baan hadden.... lekker vriendelijke tegen de kinderen ? What a rude person behind the counter! Just kindly ask if my children can still jump, does she look at me arrogantly if I sometimes have the wrong glasses on my nose ? Did 1 of my sons accidentally take the wrong trampoline, she blares through the microphone that we did NOT have that job.... nice and friendly to the kids ?

K	Krista Fox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my 10 year old son and his friend here to do the bungy trampoline. They were both on less than a minute and the harnesses were ill-fitting and hurt them. The workers adjusted the harnesses and still they couldn’t jump through the pain of the ill-fitting harness. My son was in tears because of the pain. He doesn’t cry easily (is a rugby player) and so it was a shock to see how much it hurt him. I had to go over and help them out of the harnesses because the staff were pre-occupied. We immediately went to the desk to ask for a refund and were denied. We told we had jumped for 3 minutes. Would never go back here and would rate this place lower than 1 star if I could.
