Prices for the exact document differ each time you sent a request, the same document costs twice as much when I sent a request a week later. The old price wasn't available when I asked why the priced have changed. They gave me a new price which was still 1.7 times more than the first offer.

but they use an Arabic translator, who yelled on me, tried to change my text, tried to change my propose of the text, interfered in my wishes and hanged the phone on me while I was speaking, this translator called Elwyssi. He is so rude and not nice.
