"Je moet maar eens verder zoeken op het internet mevrouw, daar worden nog genoeg trappen te koop aangeboden" was het antwoord... If it is not obvious and it is easy to make money, you will be turned away very quickly and rude. "You should look further on the internet madam, there are still enough stairs for sale" was the answer ...
A	A. Houtgraaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf wat hele dure trappen verkoopt en oa tegels is niet oke. Klacht ingediend bij de autoriteiten consumenten zaken en civiele procedure begonnen tegen de eigenaar de heer J. Ross. Trap in november 2018 besteld veel te laat geplaatst en heel slecht. Trap staat scheef en is fors beschadigd. Eigenaar Ross geeft niet thuis beantwoord geen brieven en of e-mails. Mijn advies geen zaken doen met deze meneer in welke vorm dan ook. U BENT GEWAARSCHUWD. This company that sells very expensive stairs and tiles is not okay. Complaint filed with the consumer affairs and civil proceedings authorities against the owner Mr. J. Ross. Stairs ordered in November 2018 placed much too late and very bad. Stairs are skewed and damaged considerably. Owner Ross does not answer home letters or emails. My advice is not to do business with this gentleman in any form. YOU ARE WARNING.
C	Cindy Koopman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De trap is prachtig. Uiteindelijk. Helaas gaat de communicatie met de heer Ros op zijn zachts gezegd moeizaam. Het duurde veel te lang voor we een tekening van het ontwerp ontvingen. Daardoor moesten we noodgedwongen de vloer al laten storten. Meneer Ros bleek toen ook nog verkeerd te hebben gemeten. Gelukkig zag ik dat zelf en kon er nog iets aangepast worden omdat de productie ook op zich liet wachten. Niet dat ik de heer Ros hierover kon spreken want die zit voortdurend in het buitenland of is gewoon onbereikbaar. Van de hele verbouwing heeft de trap ons de meeste zorg opgeleverd. Dit had met betere communicatie voorkomen kunnen worden. Ik raad dit bedrijf dan ook echt niet aan. The stairs are beautiful. Finally. Unfortunately, communication with Mr Ros is difficult to say the least. It took far too long before we received a drawing of the design. This forced us to dump the floor already. Mister Ros also turned out to have measured incorrectly. Fortunately, I saw that myself and I could still adjust something because the production was also delayed. Not that I could speak to Mr Ros because he is constantly abroad or simply unreachable. Of the entire renovation, the stairs have given us the most concern. This could have been prevented with better communication. I really do not recommend this company.

Raden dit bedrijf ook zeker aan! Mr. Ros is very professional and skilled. Gives very good tips, keeps all agreements. We were very happy with the end result! Definitely recommend this company too!

Met veel geduld alle keuzes aan materiaal, uitvoering en kleur doorlopen die bij het uitzoeken van een nieuwe trap komen kijken, plaatsen van de trap is gedaan door twee jonge, prettig enthousiaste en kundige monteurs die ondanks de grote afstand keurig op tijd voor de deur stonden en zeer zorgvuldig gewerkt hebben. Wij zijn erg blij met het eindresultaat en raden dit bedrijf zeker aan Nice company. Going through all the choices of material, design and color with a lot of patience that come with the selection of a new staircase, the installation of the stairs was done by two young, pleasantly enthusiastic and skilled technicians who, despite the great distance, were right at the door. and worked very carefully. We are very happy with the end result and definitely recommend this company

Lucas is een zeer vriendelijke en kundige man die weet wat hij doet. Absoluut een aanrader! Clear and clear communication, from design to production and finally installation. I take pleasure in admiring the workmanship every time I walk up and down them! It did take a while between initial contact and installation but in the end the wait was well worth the superb level of quality that was delivered.
