Het materiaal is gewoon MDF met laagje eroverheen. Niet eens massief eiken. Reactie op uw antwoord: hoe verklaart u dan de belachelijke hoge prijs? Waarop is dit gebaseerd? Een trap heeft gemiddeld 12 treden. Uw antwoord is matig en niet transparant. Quotation for closing steps, open staircase and a staircase footboard and riser...16.500€!!!! Anyone can make money, this is really ridiculous. The material is just MDF with a layer over it. Not even solid oak. Response to your answer: how do you explain the ridiculously high price? What is this based on? A staircase has an average of 12 steps. Your answer is mediocre and not transparent.

Op het afgesproken tijdstip kwam de verkoper van Upstairs de trappen bekijken en samen met onze wensen kwam het totaalplaatje uit op EUR 9.200,-. Toen ik vroeg of daar nog korting af kon vertelde de verkoper dat hij al ruim 200 Euro korting had gegeven en dat we snel moesten tekenen voor dit bedrag. Dit hebben we maar niet gedaan. In de dagen daarna zijn we naar andere bedrijven gegaan waaronder de Houtkubus in Apeldoorn. Hier hebben we precies dezelfde wensen neergelegd en zij kwamen met een prijs van EUR 3.800,-. Inmiddels zijn onze trappen gerenoveerd en we zijn er super blij mee. Het onwaarschijnlijk hoge prijsverschil van EUR 5.400,- t.o.v. Upstairs gaat er bij mij niet in. Ik zou iedereen willen adviseren eerst elders een offerte te laten maken voordat je een handtekening zet onder een offerte van Upstairs. Zo kun je heel snel heel veel geld besparen. N	Nicole Bakker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij afspraak maken wordt er gezegd dat je anderhalf uur uit moet trekken voor de afspraak omdat de adviseur komt meten en stalen meeneemt om aan de hand van jouw wensen een offerte op te stellen. Uiteindelijk noemt de adviseur een geschat bedrag zonder de trap uberhaupt te hebben gezien (5500 euro voor 1 trap) en zegt dat upstairs "terughoudend is met het maken van offertes". Dit wilde hij alleen doen als we tekenden dat we onze trap bij hun zouden renoveren. Hierover nadenken was eigenlijk geen optie want door stijgende grondstofprijzen kon het dan weleens nog veel duurder worden. Andere bedrijven worden compleet afgekraakt, die zijn 2000 euro goedkoper maar leveren troep aldus de adviseur. Erg teleurgesteld in hoe deze afspraak is verlopen en zullen ook zeker onze trap niet door upstairs laten renoveren. L	Laetitia Simonis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upstairs ingeschakeld voor 2 trappen en dat is keurig netjes opgeleverd maar als je € 12.000 uitgeeft en ik stuur een klacht omdat 1 tree opvallend hard kraakt en of ze dat willen oplossen dan hoor je niets meer. Dat is elke dag weer een tegenvaller. Upstairs switched on for 2 flights of stairs and that was delivered neatly, but if you spend € 12,000 and I send a complaint because 1 step creaks remarkably hard and whether they want to solve it, you will hear nothing more. That is a setback every day.

Als we meteen zouden tekenen kon hij er €200,- vanaf halen. ? Ik heb telefonisch tijdens het maken van de afspraak 2x gevraagd wat ongeveer de prijs is van een nieuwe trap de mevrouw aan de telefoon kon dit echt niet zeggen. M	Mariska Theunissen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn super blij met het resultaat van onze trap. Voorheen hadden wij vloerbedekking en nu DE trap van Upstairs!!! De monteurs hebben en hard en snel gewerkt, binnen 1 dag was hij al klaar. Hierbij vind ik het onderhoud echt fijn. Eerst altijd een gedoe met de stofzuiger en nu gewoon met een droge doek en de trap is binnen 5 minuten stofvrij. Wij raden het iedereen aan. We are very happy with the result of our stairs. We used to have carpeting and now THE stairs from Upstairs!!! The mechanics worked hard and fast, and it was ready within 1 day. I really like the maintenance. First always a hassle with the vacuum cleaner and now just with a dry cloth and the stairs are dust-free within 5 minutes. We recommend it to everyone.
