Daarnaast staat ze altijd voor ons klaar als er onverhoopt iets gebeurd. Het directe contact is fantastisch. Geen centrales of callcenters, maar een topper die altijd voor je klaar staat. Because of our work, I often have little time to look for a holiday myself. I can no longer see the wood for the trees. Vivianne has been taking care of our holidays for years. We have been to Thailand in Feb-March and booked our trip through Vivian Bongers. Vivian is a top travel consultant. She does everything with passion and love and has ensured that our trip was unforgettable. Received a lot of tips about which places are best and she arranged everything with a private guide and driver for us. The hotels are breathtakingly beautiful. In short everything was great. Vivian arranges a trip for her clients as if she were going to make the trip herself and get the best out of it. I am very happy that I booked our trip with Vivian and as soon as we can make long journeys again I will go to Vivian again. With heart and soul she dedicates herself to all the people around her.
