About Treacle & Spice
Gebak is - een tijdloze traditie - om het leven te vieren op elk moment van de dag. Wij vinden dat dit voor iedereen geldt. Bewuster leven is mainstream geworden en met deze missie helpen wij o.a. de horeca om die drempel van assortimentsaanpassing te verlagen! Veel van ons gebak is toegankelijk voor een grotere groep mensen. Zo hebben wij keuze uit o.a. vegan en glutenarme producten.
We hechten veel belang aan innovatie, flexibiliteit en kwalitatieve producten. Jullie wensen graag een op-maat-gemaakt huisrecept? Wij ontwikkelen deze graag!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a terrific place! The owner, she is so kind and really talented. You can tell she has quite a few years of experience. I bought quite a number of treats during my visit, but one thing that stood out was this delicious pastry that she had learned to make from her time working in Australia; it was SO good and completely new to me! I definitely will try and visit everytime I'm in Maastricht.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks nice, but tastes overly sweet. Furthermore, there is no balance of flavours. If this shop wants to survive, it needs a better set of skilled hands. Overall, I would not recommend the whole experience. There are much better conditors/bakers in Maastricht. Eclair Affair or the old bakery shop near Luky Luke are offering a much more balanced set of tarts, cookies etc.

Best chocolate chip cookies in the Netherlands (possibly the world!) - everything prepared with TLC from Ginger - and often made vegan and sustainably. The Winnie the Pooh custom cake for our son's birthday was an instant favourite childhood memory! Go there as quickly as possible and treat yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best sweets in Maastricht!! I ordered a large sweet table box here and requested a theme. Ginger knows exactly what to do and really surprised me, the sweets looked very nice and were super good!! otherwise the cupcakes here and cookies are delicious! I definitely recommend it :))
