I was directed here by another bicycle shop in Rotterdam when the Pauls in my Hub were failing me after a tumultuous channel ferry trip. J gave a speedy, accurate diagnosis; sorted me with a new wheel/hub and installed it immediately. An english breakfast tea was a welcome suprise on that drizzly december day and made all the more pleasant with good biking tips and coversation. Sound advice and help meant I was back on my fiets in 30 minutes and the pacey work let me to ride onto Den Haag; Haarlem, Arnhem and Zwolle saving my holiday. Would thoroughly recommend.

Honest and open about delivery times, costs and willing to share their knowledge. Even in these difficult times, where deliveries of bicycles and accessories are unpredictable, they keep up the spirit, even though they really hate it that they have to disappoint you. Rode multiple brands of bikes, but eversince I bought my first TREK, I wll probably never switch again because of the broad assortment and price ranges.
