β β β β β Ondanks de vriendelijke behandeling heb ik sterk mijn twijfels over de professionaliteit. De stekkeraansluiting was idioot ver buiten de bumper geplaatst en veel te hoog. "Dat kan niet anders, anders moeten we een gat in uw bumper zagen". Gelukkig heb ik dat niet laten doen. Maar daardoor kon mijn fietsendrager alleen maar heel schuin geplaats worden. Prutswerk dus. Uiteindelijk kwam ik er zelf achter dat het plaatsen aan de andere zijde van de trekhaak wel voldoende ruimte gaf om de aansluiting normaal te monteren. Dus lager en veel meer onder de bumper. Niks wegzagen! Zelf de aansluiting aangepast en nu wel een goedgeplaatste bruikbare trekhaakstekker.
 Despite the friendly treatment, I have strong doubts about the professionalism. The plug connection was placed idiot far outside the bumper and way too high. "There is no other way, otherwise we have to cut a hole in your bumper". Fortunately I did not have that done. But that meant that my bicycle carrier could only be placed at an angle. So craftwork. Eventually I found out that placing it on the other side of the towbar gave enough space to mount the connection normally. So lower and much more under the bumper. Don't saw anything away! Adjusted the connection myself and now a well-placed usable towbar plug.
