★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afspraak snel gemaakt, vervangend vervoer stond klaar. Montage vlot uitgevoerd. Bij apk aantal weken later auto afgekeurd, tweetal moeren ontbraken in de bevestiging van de trekhaak. Daarnaast was de uitsparing in de achterbumper slordig uitgezaagd.
Na contact met het bedrijf ben ik een tweetal keren gebeld, was niet in staat te antwoorden, vervolgens enkel een mail met excuus.
Appointment made quickly, replacement transport was ready. Assembly carried out smoothly. At the MOT a few weeks later, the car was rejected, two nuts were missing in the attachment of the towbar. In addition, the recess in the rear bumper was carelessly sawn out.
After contacting the company I was called twice, was unable to answer, then only an email with an apology.
