★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afschuwelijke filiaalmanager ! Zeer onvriendelijk en achterbaks ! Het is een erg kleine winkel met nauwe gangpaden. Erg moeilijk bereikbaar met de kinderwagen. De stellingen staan gevaarlijk geplaatst met producten erop geplaatst die makkelijk kunnen vallen.
Tijdens het maken van een bocht in de winkel raakte ik een stelling per ongeluk aan met het gevolg dat diverse douche producten op mijn kinderwagen en op mijn dochtertje vielen. Dit werd mij niet in dank afgenomen, en resulteerde in een hevige confrontatie met de filiaalmanager. Waarop ik contact heb genomen met het hoofdkantoor. Het is namelijk totaal onacceptabel om te zeggen dat ik de winkel uitgestampt wordt als het nog een keer voorkomt.
Daar is het laatste woord nog niet over gezegd.
Horrible Branch Manager! Very unfriendly and underhanded! It is a very small shop with narrow aisles. Very difficult to reach with the pram. The racks are placed dangerously with products placed on them that can easily fall.
While making a turn in the store, I accidentally touched a scaffolding with the result that various shower products fell on my pram and on my daughter. This was not appreciated and resulted in a fierce confrontation with the branch manager. Whereupon I contacted the head office. It is totally unacceptable to say that I will be stamped out if it happens again.
The last word has not yet been said about that.
